Thai 54 Restaurant is located at 10290 Chapel Hill Rd STE 100, Morrisville, NC 27560. The idea behind the restaurant came from a love for Thai street food and the dream of sharing it with the community. From the start, our goal has been simple: bring real Thai flavors to families, friends, and neighbors right here in Morrisville.
Inspired by Thai Street Food
The food we cook is based on the kind of dishes you find in street shops across Thailand. Chef Jay and May wanted to capture that same spirit and bring it to the table. At Thai 54, you will find meals that are fresh, simple, and true to the way food is enjoyed in Thailand every day.
Experience from New York to North Carolina
Chef Jay spent five years in New York City at Purethai Cookhouse, working under talented Executive Chefs. He then became Executive Chef at Thai Khun Nine at H Mart in Cary. These years of training and cooking gave him the skills and confidence to open Thai 54 with May and share their passion with Morrisville.
